Role Overview
Lead the reservations function at Be Beach in a premium nightlife and beach club environment.
Manage a high-volume reservations operation, drive revenue through upselling and VIP bookings, and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Proven experience in premium nightlife, nightclubs, beach clubs, or similar high-energy hospitality venues is required.

Position type: Full-Time.
Reservations Operations
- Manage reservations through phone, WhatsApp, and email and maintain accurate booking records.
- Manage SevenRooms availability, pricing, guest profiles, and reporting.
- Schedule reservations-office coverage and handle escalated bookings, cancellations, changes, and complex groups.
- Confirm next-day reservations and monitor VIPs, private dining requirements, and special requests.
