Novel Hotel City Center – Abu Dhabi

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily reservations and ensure accuracy in bookings across all channels
• Monitor room inventory, availability, and rate parity across OTAs and direct platforms
• Assist in developing and implementing revenue strategies to maximize occupancy and ADR
• Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue and reservation reports
• Coordinate with Front Office and Sales teams to optimize room sales
• Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to align strategies with revenue targets
• Handle guest inquiries, booking modifications, and cancellations professionally
• Ensure adherence to hotel policies and brand standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in Reservations and/or Revenue Management in a hotel environment
• Familiarity with PMS, CRS, and OTA platforms
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of revenue management principles is an advantage
