Reservation Agent

Overview

• We are seeking an experienced Hotel Reservation Agent to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality reservations, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage bookings efficiently.
• Key duties and responsibilities.
• Handle guest reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online channels in a professional manner.
• Process, confirm, modify, and cancel room bookings accurately using hotel systems.
• Provide detailed information about room categories, rates, promotions, and hotel facilities
• Maximize revenue through upselling rooms, packages, and additional services
• Manage group bookings and corporate reservations when required
• Ensure all booking details are correctly recorded and updated in the system
• Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, and housekeeping teams for smooth guest arrivals
• Handle guest complaints or special requests promptly and professionally

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum **2–4 years of experience** as a Reservation Agent in a hotel, preferably in Dubai or the UAE
• Hands-on experience with reservation systems such as Opera PMS or Fidelio
• Strong knowledge of OTA platforms (Booking.com, Expedia, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong sales and upselling abilities
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
