Role overview
Join Havana Holiday Homes as a customer-focused Reservation Agent supporting hotel guests and reservation operations.
The role manages booking inquiries, room reservations, guest information, and reservation-related administration.
Key responsibilities
- Handle reservation requests through phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Provide hotel rates, facility information, and room availability details.
- Accurately enter reservations into the system.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve customer issues professionally and promptly.
- Assist with reservation administration.
- Coordinate with Front Desk, Housekeeping, and other departments.
- Maintain customer satisfaction through strong communication and service.
Qualifications
- Previous hotel reservations or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Positive attitude and strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Immediate joining is required.
