- Conduct primary and secondary research relevant to projects
- Take responsibility for evaluation, growth and development of on site education and publication programmes
- Devise and manage budgets for relevant projects
- Coordinate various learning projects (publications, workshops, meet ups)
- Create archiving and digitization assets
- Develop research and archives assets and methods for the Foundation
- Create programme specific internal and external reports and presentations
- Assist with off site educational programming, including outreach programmes
- Create innovative and thoughtful learning resources for internal staff and broader external community
Requirements
- Previous experience in similar roles at a museum, educational or creative institution
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Team spirit and enthusiastic, professional attitude; ability to lead and manage projects
- Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
- Independent thinking and ability to generate creative solutions while being open to collaborative input

Conditions of Work
- Full time position based in Sharjah
- Working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Thursday
- Occasional evening or weekend work as needed
