Fortunerobotics is seeking a full-time, on-site Researcher & Robotics Trainer in Dubai to conduct research on robotics technologies and develop/deliver training programs.

Responsibilities
- Conduct research on robotics technologies, trends, and advancements
- Develop and deliver effective training programs in robotics, including creating training materials and providing hands on guidance
- Develop and maintain robotics applications using Python, C++, and Embedded C
- Program ESP32 and Arduino firmware for sensor acquisition and control
- Integrate LiDAR, IMU, encoders, ultrasonic sensors, and camera systems
- Design custom PCBs for motor drivers, sensor interfaces, and power management
- Develop CAD models and mechanical assemblies for robotic structures and enclosures
- Teach Robotics, Coding, AI, and STEM programs for students and beginners
- Mentor students in robotics competitions and innovation challenges

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site role for a Researcher & Robotics Trainer based in Dubai.
- The selected candidate will conduct research on robotics technologies, trends, and advancements while developing and delivering effective training programs in robotics.

Technical Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robotics applications using Python, C++, and Embedded C
- Program ESP32 and Arduino firmware for sensor acquisition and control
- Integrate LiDAR, IMU, encoders, ultrasonic sensors, and camera systems
- Implement UART, I2C, and SPI communication between embedded devices and onboard computers
- Support AI integration including speech systems, NLP, and computer vision modules
- Design custom PCBs for motor drivers, sensor interfaces, and power management
- Troubleshoot electronics, embedded systems, and communication interfaces
- Create wiring diagrams, hardware documentation, and system architecture documents
- Develop CAD models and mechanical assemblies for robotic structures and enclosures
- Perform system bring up, integration testing, and field validation
- Capture logs and analyze performance for debugging and optimization
- Build monitoring dashboards and lightweight GUIs for robot control and diagnostics
Teaching & Training Experience
- Teach Robotics, Coding, AI, and STEM programs for students and beginners
- Conduct hands on workshops in Python, Scratch, Arduino, Robotics Fundamentals, Artificial Intelligence Basics
- Design project based STEM learning activities and robotics labs
