Research Operations Coordinator

The Global Product Research team is responsible for building deeper connections with consumers.

We are a talented bunch of pattern seekers committed to delivering insights in clear, compelling ways that inspire our teams to create products and solutions consumers will love.

This role keeps the engine room of the research function running - coordinating recruitment, managing our participant panel, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring our research documentation and data practices are well organised and compliant.

This position would suit someone highly organised and process-driven, who enjoys managing multiple moving parts at once.

You'll work closely with our Consumer Researchers day to day supporting their projects rather than leading research yourself and will report to the Head of Research.

We are looking for a Research Operations Coordinator to join our Global Product Research team, based at our head office in Alexandria, on a fixed-term 12 month, part-time basis - three days per week (preferably Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday).
