Position Summary
Support the Manager of Confectionery/Food R&D and Manufacturing Optimization.
Execute daily R&D activities, coordinate product samples, and connect Product Development with Production.
Work collaboratively in office and food manufacturing environments.
Product Sample Preparation
- Prepare samples for internal evaluation, customer presentations, and product development projects.
- Accurately weigh, measure, and document ingredients using laboratory and production scales.
- Maintain sample records, formulas, and documentation.
- Follow consistency, quality, and food safety standards.
Production and Product Development
- Coordinate between Product Development and Production for R&D initiatives.
- Coordinate sample production with manufacturing teams.
- Assist with troubleshooting product development production issues.
- Communicate project status and timelines between departments.
Project Coordination
- Support R&D and manufacturing optimization projects.
