The Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Stanford University School of Medicine conducts a broad program of clinical, translational, and computational research in mental health.
This position is based in the Center for Precision Mental Health.
The Department is seeking a Research Data Analyst 1 to manage and analyze large amounts of information, typically technical or scientific in nature, under the direction of project researchers, investigators, or managers.
The Research Data Analyst will support data management and analysis for research studies involving neuroimaging, clinical, and behavioral data.
This position will be a 1-year fixed term position at.80% FTE.
Desired Qualifications
Experience with programming and statistical analysis in a scientific research setting
Experience working with neuroimaging or other high-dimensional data
Familiarity with machine learning methods
Experience with shared or high-performance computing environments
Experience in neuroscience, psychiatry, or clinical research
Working Conditions
Some work may be performed in a laboratory or field setting.
