This is an hourly, project-based opportunity that should last at least 6 months.

Payments are in USD and biweekly.

Completely flexible schedule. No requirement to overlap with U.S. business hours.

Run research on target contacts/accounts using provided AI tools (e.g., Claude)
Critically review AI-generated output for accuracy, completeness, and plausibility — this is a judgment role, not a copy/paste role
Identify when AI output is incomplete, inaccurate, or needs additional verification, and know how to close that gap
Update and maintain clean, accurate contact/account records in Salesforce (CRM/Sales side)
Apply understanding of Collective Residential's business model and target profile (property management company owners/decision-makers) to judge whether a contact/account is correctly identified
Flag ambiguous or low-confidence findings to the enablement team rather than guessing
Maintain confidentiality of all company and prospect data per NDA

Hands-on experience using Salesforce as an end user on the CRM/Sales side (not admin, not case/support management)
Strong English reading comprehension and written communication
Demonstrated independent judgment — able to spot when information looks wrong or incomplete
