Responsibilities
- Support research initiatives by collecting, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting quantitative and qualitative data
- Identify and gather data from various sources such as industry reports, academic publications, financial statements, surveys, databases, public records, and internal systems
- Validate, organize, and manage research data while ensuring completeness, consistency, and data integrity
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, risks, and key insights
- Prepare research reports, literature reviews, executive summaries, presentations, dashboards, and analytical documentation
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to define research objectives, develop methodologies, and support project execution
- Contribute to survey design, data collection processes, competitor analysis, market research, benchmarking, and performance evaluations
- Monitor industry developments, market trends, economic conditions, regulatory updates, and emerging technologies
- Support continuous improvement of research methodologies, reporting standards, and data management processes

- Strong understanding of research methodologies, quantitative and qualitative analysis, data collection techniques, statistical concepts, business analysis, and information management
- Proficiency in spreadsheet applications, data analysis tools, presentation software, reporting platforms, and business intelligence tools

Role Description
- The Research Assistant / Research Analyst is responsible for supporting research initiatives by collecting, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting quantitative and qualitative data to generate actionable insights.
- This role conducts systematic research, prepares analytical reports, and ensures the accuracy and reliability of research findings.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and gather data from various sources such as industry reports, academic publications, financial statements, surveys, databases, public records, and internal systems.
- Validate, organize, and manage research data while ensuring completeness, consistency, and data integrity throughout the research process.
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, risks, and key insights relevant to research objectives.
- Prepare research reports, literature reviews, executive summaries, presentations, dashboards, and analytical documentation that effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams, researchers, business units, and management to define research objectives, develop methodologies, support project execution, and deliver evidence based recommendations.
- Contribute to survey design, data collection processes, competitor analysis, market research, benchmarking, and performance evaluations where applicable.
- Continuously monitor industry developments, market trends, economic conditions, regulatory updates, and emerging technologies to ensure research outputs remain current, accurate, and relevant.

Qualifications
- Strong understanding of research methodologies, quantitative and qualitative analysis, data collection techniques, statistical concepts, business analysis, and information management.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare professional research reports, executive summaries, presentations, and technical documentation.
