Role Description
Support research activities, project coordination, data collection, documentation, and administrative tasks.
Work with project teams and stakeholders to support the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with research planning, data collection, information gathering, and project activities.
- Conduct literature reviews, online research, interviews, surveys, and other information-gathering activities.
- Organize and maintain research data, documents, records, and project materials.
- Analyze and summarize information and prepare findings, reports, presentations, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, communications, and follow-up actions.
- Prepare meeting notes, progress updates, project documentation, and administrative records.
- Liaise with internal teams, external parties, and project stakeholders.
- Monitor timelines, deliverables, and outstanding tasks and provide updates.
- Support proposals, presentations, reports, and other project-related materials.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Research, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Economics, Statistics, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Strong research, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
