Role Overview
The Research Assistant / Project Assistant supports research activities, project coordination, data collection, documentation, and administrative tasks.
The role combines research support with project administration to help projects meet their objectives and timelines.
Responsibilities
- Assist with research planning and organize project information.
- Conduct literature or market research.
- Collect and analyze data and prepare materials for project reporting and presentations.
- Gather and organize relevant information from reliable sources.
- Assist with surveys, interviews, questionnaires, fieldwork, and other research activities.
- Maintain accurate records and databases.
- Support project scheduling, meeting coordination, progress tracking, and document preparation.
- Communicate with internal teams, external partners, participants, and other stakeholders.
- Follow research methodologies and project procedures while maintaining data accuracy, confidentiality, and quality.
- Identify issues, compile findings, prepare summaries and reports, and support project deliverables.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Research, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Data Analytics, Project Management, or a related discipline.
