Role Description
This is a part-time remote Research Assistant role supporting analysis of labor market trends and the quality of published opportunities and professional content.
The research focus includes job markets, employers, and industry developments within Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities
- Conduct desk research on Saudi job markets, employers, and industry developments.
- Collect and organize data from online and internal sources.
- Assist with basic analysis of job postings and candidate needs.
- Prepare summaries and reports for internal use.
- Coordinate with the team to communicate findings and suggest evidence-based content topics.
- Help maintain accurate, well-structured information on the platform.
Qualifications
- Strong research and analytical skills are required to evaluate sources and draw meaningful insights.
- Data analysis skills, basic statistical understanding, and spreadsheet capability are required.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills are required for presenting findings and collaborating.
- Relevant laboratory skills may be useful for specialized research or data validation tasks.
- Attention to detail, time management, and independent work ability are desirable.
