- Analyze pricing and costs, and prepare comparative reports and feasibility studies
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure best pricing and terms
- Monitor product sampling, conduct sensory evaluations, and handle approvals
- Coordinate with manufacturers to ensure project timelines
- Monitor product performance, sales data, and stock levels
- Study market and competitors to identify new product opportunities
- Prepare periodic reports and KPIs related to product performance
