Responsibilities
- Lead new product development from concept to market launch across EMEAA markets
- Establish and standardize product formulations, processes, and quality standards within regional guardrails
- Conduct product technology transfer to commissaries and accredited third party toll processors
- Drive product and process improvements for quality, efficiency, manufacturing optimization, and supply sustainability
- Support supplier development, alternative raw materials and packaging, and supply chain initiatives
- Ensure regulatory compliance, including food safety, labeling, and country specific requirements
- Collaborate closely with cross functional teams to deliver menu architecture and operational excellence
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in food science
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in R&D within QSR or food manufacturing
- Strong Research and Development (R&D) and research skills, including product formulation, testing, and analysis
- Project management skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and deliver multiple R&D initiatives on time and within budget
- Relevant experience in food service, QSR, or food manufacturing, with a solid understanding of food safety, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills, with attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross functional teams and stakeholders at different levels
