Research And Development Executive

Overview

• This role is for our Branch that deals with Food and Beverage Manufacturing.
• Candidates must have Research and Development experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Conduct market, technical, and consumer research to identify new products, processes, and technologies that support business growth and innovation.
• Lead the full New Product Development (NPD) lifecycle, from concept ideation and formulation to prototyping, testing, and commercial launch.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity to ensure continuous innovation and market competitiveness.
• Plan, manage, and deliver R&D projects within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Drive growth in third-party private label business through customized product development aligned with client requirements and market demand.
• Develop and optimize a diverse NPD portfolio.
• Reformulate existing products to comply with regulatory and ingredient requirements, implementing clean-label solutions while ensuring product stability, quality, and uninterrupted production.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Regulatory, Procurement, and Production teams to ensure seamless product development and scale-up.
