About The Role
- Our client is a global analytics leader looking for a Research Analyst / Business Systems Analyst to join their team dedicated to supporting external clients with strategic consumer insights and industry benchmarks in North American wealth management.
- In this role, you will support the operation, analysis, delivery, and strategy of our proprietary products—with a specific focus on our firm level Wealth Management performance diagnostics and our consumer survey of investors across the US and Canada.
- You will collaborate directly with external client executives to collect data, assess performance, and deliver impactful insights regarding their competitive positioning.
- Over time, you will grow to take ownership of this product’s strategy—understanding market positioning, maximizing value for clients, and driving innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis & Quality Assurance: Manage complex datasets, refine data, conduct primary research, and produce performance benchmarks.
- Client Interaction & Insight Delivery: Translate data into compelling narratives and directly present competitive insights to client executives.
- Product Strategy: Help drive the long term vision of our proprietary diagnostics, identifying opportunities to innovate and maximize market value.
- Project Management: Independently manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high quality delivery within a fast paced environment.
Requirements
- Experience: 3–5 years of data analysis or business systems analysis experience, ideally within banking, financial services, or management consulting. Strong preference given to candidates with wealth management strategy experience.
- Analytical Skills: Advanced expertise in Excel and PowerPoint is required. Experience with data refinement and VBA is a strong asset.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong 'executive presence' and the ability to defend data driven insights in front of leadership.
- Education: An applicable University Degree.
