- Design research methodologies, gather and validate data, perform statistical and qualitative analysis
- Develop analytical models, summarize complex information, and produce research reports, presentations, dashboards, and executive briefings
- Monitor key market indicators, regulatory developments, and macroeconomic trends
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to define research objectives and provide evidence based recommendations

Requirements

Role Description
- We are seeking a highly analytical and detail oriented Research Analyst to support strategic decision making through comprehensive research, data analysis, and business intelligence.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, evaluating, and interpreting quantitative and qualitative information from multiple sources to generate actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market, industry, competitor, and economic research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Design research methodologies, gather and validate data, perform statistical and qualitative analysis, and prepare reports that communicate findings.
- Develop analytical models, summarize complex information, and produce research reports, presentations, dashboards, and executive briefings.
- Monitor key market indicators, regulatory developments, and macroeconomic trends to ensure research outputs remain current.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including Strategy, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Product, and Business Development to define research objectives.
- Contribute to business case development, competitive benchmarking, performance analysis, and strategic planning activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Social Sciences, Public Policy, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to evaluate and interpret complex information.
