About the Role
CRISIL seeks a Research Analyst for Credit Management in Abu Dhabi to assist in developing a covenant monitoring system, conduct data cleansing, and perform quality assurance. The role requires 5 years of relevant experience, deep understanding of credit products, and knowledge of covenant monitoring.

Responsibilities
- Assist in requirement gathering for the development of covenant monitoring system
- Assist in data cleansing activity of loan facilities to be fed in the system
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure functionality, accuracy and reliability of developed systems
- Assume 'Maker' role in covenant monitoring system to create and test Covenant Trackers
- Review facility documents (e.g., loan agreement/credit agreement) and check terms of the facility for clients
- Review waivers and amendment requests from Agent or Borrowers/Coverage Team
- Highlight early warning signals from latest financials, covenant compliance certificate and other sources
- Oversee covenant monitoring, early warning indicators, watchlists and risk grading
- Ensure delivery of high quality, decision ready portfolio and credit reporting

- Adept at covenant monitoring and execution of amendment & extensions in the system
- Know how of credit agreements, loan agreements etc.
