Role Overview
The Research Analyst – Investments will support investment sourcing and execution.
The role involves research, documentation, coordination, and regular interaction with promoters, investors, and external service providers.
Employment and Compensation
- The position is full-time.
- Salary is AED 4,000 to AED 6,000 per month depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, screen, and organize investment proposals across sectors.
- Analyze business models, financials, and market data to support investment evaluation.
- Prepare investment teasers, pitch decks, and detailed investment memoranda.
- Coordinate with valuers, merchant bankers, legal advisors, database providers, and other external vendors.
- Liaise with promoters and owners to obtain business, financial, and operational information.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and video calls between promoter teams and investors.
- Maintain meeting calendars and minutes and update stakeholders on progress.
- Maintain relationships with promoters through regular follow-ups and updates.
- Maintain an organized database of proposals, contacts, and deal progress.
- Support senior team members with deal execution and investor communication.
