Role Description

  • As a Research Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive research and analysis to support strategic planning, business decision making, market intelligence, and organizational initiatives.
  • You will gather, evaluate, and interpret information from a wide range of sources, transforming complex data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Your role involves identifying trends, opportunities, risks, and emerging developments that can influence business performance and strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute research projects using both qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
  • Analyze market conditions, industry developments, competitor activities, customer behavior, and operational performance metrics.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards, and briefing materials that communicate research findings.
  • Collaborate closely with cross functional teams to understand research objectives.
  • Maintain research databases, monitor key market indicators, and continuously update knowledge resources.
  • Contribute to the development of analytical frameworks, forecasting models, and business intelligence initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong academic background in business, economics, finance, statistics, mathematics, social sciences, data science, engineering, or related disciplines.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent research capabilities, including experience gathering, validating, and synthesizing information from multiple sources.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets, presentation software, and data analysis tools is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple research projects and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with market research techniques, competitive analysis, and business intelligence methodologies is beneficial.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Intellectual curiosity, continuous learning mindset, and strong problem solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross functional teams.
