Research Analyst

Position Purpose

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Research markets, competitors, industry trends, core processes, and customer challenges.
• Develop and submit FOIA requests to secure documents and use research tools to identify key accounts and customer-focused strategies.
• Analyze data, develop courses of action, create visualizations, and synthesize large datasets into concise deliverables.
• Support business development, operations, and technical teams by identifying service gaps and strengths.
• Report KPIs, support key account review meetings, and communicate account information across sales, operations, technical, and development teams.
• Work collaboratively and autonomously, manage multiple deadlines, protect confidential information, and assume new responsibilities as needed.

Education, Experience, and Background

• Undergraduate degree required.
• Advanced degree is a plus.
• Three or more years of research experience preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Computer proficiency required.
• Strong teamwork, interpersonal, written, oral communication, and presentation skills required.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple deadlines required.
