Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive research, analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to deliver evidence based insights
- Collect, validate, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources including industry reports, financial statements, and surveys
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis, market research, trend analysis, benchmarking, and forecasting
- Prepare research reports, dashboards, presentations, and executive summaries
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to define research objectives and provide data driven recommendations
- Monitor market conditions, industry developments, and regulatory changes to ensure research outputs remain timely

Role Description
- The Research Analyst is responsible for conducting comprehensive research, analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, and delivering accurate, evidence based insights that support strategic planning, business decision making, and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, validate, organize, and analyze data from industry reports, financial statements, surveys, databases, public records, academic publications, and internal systems.
- Apply appropriate research methodologies to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and relevance.
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis, market and competitor research, trend analysis, benchmarking, forecasting, and performance evaluation.
- Prepare research reports, dashboards, presentations, executive summaries, and analytical documentation.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including strategy, finance, marketing, operations, product, and senior management.
- Continuously monitor market conditions, industry developments, economic trends, regulatory changes, technological advancements, and competitor activities.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of research methodologies, quantitative and qualitative analysis, data collection techniques, statistical concepts, business analysis, and information management.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet applications, data analysis software, business intelligence platforms, reporting tools, presentation software, and database management systems.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills.
- Knowledge of market research, competitor analysis, benchmarking, forecasting, survey design, literature reviews, data validation, and research reporting best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
