Role Context
SYSTRA is seeking a Requirements Manager for the Client on a major rail project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The role oversees requirements management and serves as a lead interface between stakeholders and technical teams during contract execution and engineering delivery.
Missions and Main Duties
- Analyze, track, clarify, develop, and maintain project requirements processes.
- Establish requirements management processes and tools across the project lifecycle.
- Manage the Requirements Management Plan in line with project governance.
- Maintain traceability of technical information and requirements from contract and programme requirements through design and delivery.
- Coordinate with engineering, operations, safety, environmental, and stakeholder teams to validate requirements.
- Advise the Client and resolve requirements-related issues with project stakeholders.
- Ensure requirements are communicated and implemented across design and construction disciplines.
