Role Context
SYSTRA is seeking a Requirements Manager for a major rail project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The role oversees the Client requirements process during contract execution and engineering delivery.
The successful candidate will lead requirements definition, documentation, verification, validation, and lifecycle traceability.
The role interfaces between stakeholders and technical teams to support contractual compliance and fulfillment of Client requirements.
Main Duties
- Analyze, track, and clarify requirements and manage requirements processes.
- Establish processes and tools to capture, structure, and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Apply the Requirements Management Plan in line with project governance.
- Maintain traceability of technical information from contract and programme requirements through design and delivery.
