Responsibilities
- Run cold outbound across phone, email, and LinkedIn to dental practices, DSOs, and specialty clinics
- Make a high volume of outbound calls, typically 80 to 100 calls per day
- Research target accounts and build prospect lists
- Write and personalize outreach to get responses from decision makers
- Qualify prospects and book demos for Account Executives
- Track activity, notes, and next steps in the CRM
- Hit and exceed monthly targets for meetings booked and pipeline generated
Requirements
- Around 2 years of BDR, SDR, or similar sales experience
- Comfortable with high volume cold outreach, including 80 to 100 calls per day
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, disciplined, and consistent with follow up
- Previous SaaS sales experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or sales engagement platforms (preferred)

The Opportunity: Business Development Representative
- We're hiring a driven, coachable, and team oriented BDR to create new opportunities with dental practices, multi location groups, and DSOs.
- Location: Montreal (Hybrid).
- Salary range: CAD 50,000 to CAD 60,000 per year, plus uncapped commission.
What You’ll Own
- Generate new pipeline: Run cold outbound across phone, email, and LinkedIn; make 80 100 calls per day; research target accounts.
- Start qualified sales conversations: Write personalized outreach; follow sales scripts; qualify prospects and book demos.
- Support a growing sales team: Track activity in CRM; hit monthly targets; share insights to improve messaging.
What We’re Looking For
- Around 2 years of BDR, SDR, or similar sales experience.
- Comfortable with high volume cold outreach, including 80 to 100 calls per day.
- Driven, resilient, and able to stay consistent after hearing 'no'.
- Coachable and willing to follow scripts, feedback, and sales processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Team oriented, positive, and eager to learn.
- Organized, disciplined, and consistent with follow up.
Strongly Preferred
- Previous SaaS sales experience.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or sales engagement platforms.
- Experience selling into dental, healthcare, or small business markets.
