Data and Testing

• Perform data mining using SQL, SAS, Cognos, Microsoft Access, and Excel through the Enterprise Data Warehouse.
• Support system integration by performing defined testing scripts.
• Participate in testing and QA activities within the reporting team and with other departments.
• Assist with projects involving significant data review and feedback documentation.

Qualifications

• A post-secondary degree or diploma is required.
• Knowledge of automotive finance, data reporting and analytics, leasing, or retail finance is preferred.
• Experience with data analysis, data mining, statistics, forecasting, or loan portfolio analysis is an asset.
• One to three years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Previous experience mining high volumes of data.

• Use AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot to support daily work.
• Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, compliance, and bias.
• Integrate AI into workflows to improve efficiency or insights.
• Use AI-assisted research, summarization, and content generation responsibly.
• Understand responsible AI use, including ethics and data protection.

Compensation

• The base salary range for the role is CAD 50,000–75,000.
• The role is eligible for a performance-based incentive plan.
