- Lead implementation of automated and digital reporting solutions using Power BI, PowerApps, and Power Automate.
- Drive reporting standardization and automation across multiple projects.
- Develop and maintain a centralized reporting ecosystem for large portfolios.
- Design and implement data collection, validation, and integration processes.
- Consolidate and analyse data to produce weekly, bi weekly, and monthly reports for senior leadership.
- Collaborate with Planning teams to integrate Primavera P6 schedule data into reporting systems.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive KPI framework.
- Design and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards integrating data from multiple sources.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
- Lead and manage the reporting team, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
Requirements
- Experience in leading implementation of automated reporting solutions using Power BI, PowerApps, and Power Automate.
- Experience in data management, analysis, and governance across large portfolios.
- Experience with Primavera P6 schedule data integration.

Role Overview

Your Role

- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across all reporting streams.
- Collaborate closely with Planning teams to integrate and automate Primavera P6 schedule data into reporting systems.
- Monitor and report on schedule performance, milestone tracking, delays, and project progress.
- Translate complex schedule data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive KPI framework covering financial, commercial, quality, program, and construction performance.
- Manage the full KPI lifecycle: definition, alignment, measurement, reporting, and continuous improvement.
- Design and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards integrating data from multiple sources.
