Working as part of the Control & Governance function, you'll bring together information from across the business to identify trends, risks and opportunities, helping leaders make informed decisions. You'll play a key role in improving business reporting and delivering meaningful insights that support operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
Analyse data from across UK Insurance and Bupa Global to provide meaningful insight for business leaders and governance forums.
Develop management information and reporting that helps identify trends, risks, issues and opportunities.
Produce high-quality reporting on third-party relationships, incidents, controls and governance activities.

Proven ability to create high-quality management information and reporting packs for senior leaders.
Strong stakeholder-management skills, with experience gathering requirements and working across multiple business areas.
Experience managing reporting projects, coordinating inputs from large and diverse stakeholder groups.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends, risks, insights and opportunities from complex data.
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Insight Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Business Intelligence, Mathematics or a related discipline.
Adaptability and the ability to switch between different types of work, from technical analysis and automation through to stakeholder presentations.
Curiosity and an inquisitive mindset, always looking to understand the story behind the data.
A proactive, solution-focused approach with a willingness to challenge existing ways of working.
Honesty and self-awareness, knowing when to seek support and collaborate with others.
Strong interpersonal skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts.
Commercial awareness and the ability to identify pragmatic, cost-effective solutions.
Strong communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to present insights and recommendations to senior audiences.
