- Coordinate with planning, cost control, and site teams for timely data collection
- Maintain detailed documentation of project activities, changes, decisions, and historical records
- Act as primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status
- Identify cost saving opportunities and support implementation of budget control measures
- Highlight project risks, delays, and variances, ensuring proactive communication to stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience in preparing progress reports and dashboards for construction projects
- Ability to track project progress, cost, and schedule performance
- Experience coordinating with planning, cost control, and site teams
- Strong communication skills for client updates
