You will be the first point of contact for all forecasting & replenishment queries from the Supply Chain teams.

Using your expert knowledge you will help them to maximise sales for all trading activity (including promotions and range change) by optimising systems to deliver their availability and stock targets.

You will provide consultative support on replenishment best practice and ensure timely and accurate completion of all central activities.

• Pro-actively offer solutions to improve Availability in stores, on-line and in Distribution & Fulfilment centres.
• Support in identifying risks to current & future KPI's, communicate and escalate accordingly alongside any recommended actions
• Provide consultative knowledge on F&R Optimisation, ensuring that key features are utilised effectively to support:
• Availability & customer service
• Stock input and exit to support Range Change
• Seasonal stock build
• Promotional activity
• Supply Restrictions (MOV, MOQ etc.)
• Design, develop, deliver, and embed best practice ways of working
• Co-ordinate centrally managed activities such as Chinese New Year/Factory shutdowns and Easter/Christmas trading
• Ensure systems are operating in line with expectations – including prioritisation & escalation of issues to KITS
