Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair electronic products (e.g. sports watches and dive computers)
- Carry out maintenance and quality checks in line with service standards
- Handle spare parts, including stock control and inventory management
- Support customer repairs and aftersales enquiries
- Keep accurate service records and documentation
- Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming deliveries
- Manage stock levels and support efficient warehouse operations
Requirements
- Experience in electronics repair, diagnostics, or similar hands on technical work
- Practical, detail oriented, and solution focused mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
- Good communication skills in English
- Basic IT skills (MS Office)

About the role
- We are looking for a hands on Electronics Repair Technician (Electronics & Warehouse) to join our UK service centre in Alton.
- This is a varied and practical role where you’ll work with electronics repair, spare parts, and day to day service and warehouse operations.
What you’ll be doing
- Diagnose and repair electronic products (e.g. sports watches and dive computers)
- Carry out maintenance and quality checks in line with service standards
- Handle spare parts, including stock control and inventory management
- Support customer repairs and aftersales enquiries
- Keep accurate service records and documentation
- Work closely with internal teams and external service partners
- Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming deliveries
- Manage stock levels and support efficient warehouse operations
What we’re looking for
- Experience in electronics repair, diagnostics, or similar hands on technical work
- Background in a service centre, workshop, or warehouse environment is a plus
- Practical, detail oriented, and solution focused mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
