- Source and acquire rental property listings
- Manage and publish property listings on Bayut and other property portals
- Generate leads and build relationships with landlords and tenants
- Conduct property viewings and assist clients throughout the rental process
- Negotiate rental agreements between landlords and tenants
- Maintain an up to date database of available properties
- Follow up with leads and provide excellent customer service
- Stay informed about the Dubai real estate market and rental trends
Requirements
- Previous real estate sales or leasing experience is an advantage
- Knowledge of Bayut and property listing platforms is preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self motivated, target driven, and able to work independently
- Excellent networking and relationship building abilities
- UAE driving license is a plus
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
