Responsibilities
- Assist customers with car rental inquiries and reservations
- Promote and sell rental products and services to achieve sales targets

- Prepare rental agreements, contracts, and related documentation
- Coordinate vehicle delivery and return procedures
- Conduct vehicle inspections before and after rentals
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Maintain accurate customer records and rental transactions
- Coordinate with operations and fleet teams to ensure vehicle availability
