Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in property leasing or rental management
- Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate laws and Ejari system
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- RERA certification (preferred)

Role Description
- The Rental Manager is responsible for driving occupancy and rental revenue by managing leasing activities, tenant relationships, and property operations.

Qualifications & Requirements
