As a Rental & Guest Experience Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, user groups, members and visitors.

You will deliver high-quality experiences to customers, members, and visitors by being an information source about the programs and services, including rentals the Irving Oil Field House offers.

• Set up for rentals, including multi-purpose room (tables & chairs), birthdays including kinder mats & equipment, soccer nets, and more.
• Lead efficient field transitions between user groups and sport configurations, ensuring timely setup changes including soccer net relocation and curtain adjustments.
• Greet, converse, and provide exceptional Y experiences to members and visitors.
• Understand all programs and services the YMCA of Southwestern New Brunswick offers.
• Build relationships with members and participants to engage and connect them to the Y’s program and services.
• Ensure all members adhere to the Member Etiquette and the Y’s Values.
• Ensure adherence to the Y Way and abide by YMCA’s Service that Shines Standards, ensuring a clean and well-maintained centre in daily interactions with visitors or members. Including supporting them through membership applications, program registrations, processing payments, member orientations, facility tours, answering incoming calls, emails, and questions, resolving member concerns.
