- Maintain accurate client and property data in CRM system
Requirements
- Strong passion for sales or exceptional customer service
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Valid driving license and reliable transport
- Strong presentation and organizational skills
- Familiarity with Doha property market is a plus
- Arabic language skills are a significant advantage

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Property Acquisition & Listing: Source and list new properties available for rent and sale across the Doha market.
- Lead Management: Contact and effectively qualify warm leads provided directly by ABH Real Estate.
- Client Engagement: Conduct professional property viewings and nurture strong, trust based client relationships.
- Negotiation & Closing: Expertly negotiate terms and successfully close sales and rental deals.
- Service Excellence: Provide outstanding post sale/rental service and follow up to ensure client satisfaction and referrals.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up to date client and property data within our professional CRM system.
Requirements
- A strong, demonstrable passion for sales or exceptional customer service.
- Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
- A valid driving license and reliable means of transport for property viewings.
- Strong presentation and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with the Doha property market is a plus, but not mandatory—we provide comprehensive training!
- Arabic language skills are a significant advantage.
