Responsibilities
- Manage multiple interior fit out and renovation projects simultaneously
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily site activities
- Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and joinery factory
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality, and progress
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues
- Coordinate material procurement and delivery schedules
- Communicate professionally with clients, consultants, and management
- Ensure projects comply with company standards and safety requirements
- Prepare progress reports and maintain project documentation
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in residential interior fit out or renovation project management
