Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor all company license, establishment card, and visa renewal cases
- Proactively contact clients regarding upcoming renewals and provide timely follow ups
- Coordinate with clients to collect required documents and payments for renewal processing
- Liaise with government authorities, free zones, and relevant departments to ensure smooth renewal procedures
- Track renewal pipelines and maintain accurate records in internal systems
- Ensure all renewals are completed within regulatory deadlines to avoid penalties and fines
- Follow up on pending cases and resolve operational issues impacting renewal completion
- Prepare renewal reports, forecasts, and status updates to the Teamleader
- Coordinate with sales, compliance, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication and support
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and company policies throughout the renewal process
- Achieve all targets set by the company
Requirements
- 1 2 years of experience in business setup or corporate services (UAE or other relevant markets)
- Knowledge of local regulations (especially if in UAE: DED, Free Zones, MOHRE, immigration laws)
- Highly skilled in communication and negotiation
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication
- Proficiency with CRM systems and workflow tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field

- FlyBiz Business Consultants is a leading provider of business setup services in the UAE, specializing in Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company registrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor all company license, establishment card, and visa renewal cases.
