Role Overview
The company develops, builds, owns, and operates utility-scale solar, wind, and battery energy storage projects across Canada.
The role is intended for an entry-level engineer supporting projects from feasibility through operation.
Location and Work Arrangement
- The role is based in Toronto, Ontario, with a hybrid work arrangement.
- The position includes travel to project sites across Canada.
Compensation and Employment
- The salary is CAD $70,000 to $90,000, depending on experience.
- The position is full-time and permanent.
What You Will Do
- Support engineering design and technical reviews for solar, wind, and BESS projects at every stage.
- Prepare energy production estimates, site evaluations, and technical due diligence.
- Assist with grid connection applications and coordination with utilities and system operators, including IESO processes.
- Review technical submittals from EPC contractors, consultants, and equipment vendors.
- Support construction and commissioning with travel to project sites across Canada.
- Analyze operating-asset performance data and recommend improvements.
