Role Description
- This is a remote Work from Home role for a Travel Agent.
- The Remote Travel Agent will assist clients in planning and booking travel, including flights, accommodations, car rentals, and other travel services.
Day to day Responsibilities
- Handling customer inquiries, providing destination information, preparing travel itineraries, and managing reservations and changes.
- Promoting suitable travel options, upselling additional services, and ensuring a smooth, positive customer experience from initial inquiry through post trip follow up.
