Role Description

  • The Remote Technical Support Specialist is a part time role responsible for providing technical assistance to internal teams and external clients using IntellAnalytics platforms and tools.
  • The role includes diagnosing and resolving software and connectivity issues, guiding users through step by step solutions, and documenting support cases.
  • The position is fully remote, requiring reliable internet access, consistent communication, and a commitment to delivering high quality support and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance to internal teams and external clients using IntellAnalytics platforms and tools.
  • Diagnose and resolve software and connectivity issues.
  • Guide users through step by step solutions.
  • Document support cases in a clear and organized manner.
  • Respond to support requests via email, chat, and video calls.
  • Ensure timely follow up and escalate complex issues to senior technical staff.
  • Monitor system performance alerts and analyze recurring issues for process improvements.
  • Contribute to knowledge base articles and user guides.

Qualifications

  • Strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills for software, systems, and connectivity issues.
  • Solid Analytical Skills to interpret logs, identify patterns, and recommend process or system improvements.
  • Effective Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills.
  • Proficiency with remote support tools, ticketing systems, and basic database or SaaS application navigation.
  • Relevant experience in healthcare, health IT, or data management environments is beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple requests, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
