Remote Social Media Manager

Aspire Health Group is looking for a creative, strategic, and hands-on Social Media Manager to elevate our brand across multiple locations and communities.

In this role, you'll bring our mission to life through engaging content that highlights our patients, caregivers, culture, and impact.

· Develop and execute social media strategies that strengthen brand awareness, engagement, recruitment, and community outreach.

· Create compelling content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms, including copy, photos, videos, and employee stories.

· Manage the social media content calendar and coordinate campaigns across multiple care centers and departments.

· Partner with local teams to identify and capture inspiring stories, accomplishments, events, and community involvement.

· Monitor social channels, engage with audiences, and support online reputation management efforts.

· Analyze performance data and provide insights to continuously improve content effectiveness and audience growth.

· Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Digital Media, or a related field.

· 2+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, communications, or related roles.

· Professional experience in a healthcare environment required.

· Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and content creation skills.

· Experience with social media management and analytics platforms.

· Understanding of HIPAA and healthcare privacy requirements.

· Experience in skilled nursing, senior care, post-acute care, or long-term care is highly preferred.
