About the Role
We are seeking a Remote Service Coordinator for the IUPESM World Congress 2025. You will support participants, exhibitors, and partners by responding to inquiries, coordinating service requests, and maintaining records.

Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries via email and online platforms, providing clear information about registration, program details, and virtual participation options
- Coordinate service requests with internal teams
- Monitor support channels, document and track issues, and escalate complex queries to appropriate stakeholders
- Ensure prompt, professional resolutions to participant and partner inquiries
- Assist with basic administrative tasks and help maintain accurate contact and registration records
- Contribute to continuous improvement of service processes to enhance the overall event experience

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret inquiries and support resolution
- Basic Sales and Customer Service skills to support registration and promote participation
- Foundational Finance awareness to understand registration fees and payment processes
- Experience in remote or virtual event coordination (beneficial)

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with global participants and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret inquiries, identify patterns, and support efficient resolution of service requests.
- Candidates should possess basic Sales and Customer Service skills to support registration, promote participation options, and ensure a positive attendee experience.
- Candidates should possess foundational Finance awareness to understand registration fees, payment processes, and simple billing queries.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in remote or virtual event coordination, proficiency with online communication and CRM tools, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to work independently across time zones.
- Experience in healthcare, scientific, or academic conference environments and a relevant diploma or degree in business, communications, or a related field are advantageous but not mandatory.
