Responsibilities
- Promote and sell sports related products and services to new and existing customers through online and phone based channels.
- Identify prospects, conduct virtual product presentations, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information about pricing, features, and promotions.
- Manage a personal sales pipeline, follow up on leads, and support customer retention through regular contact and service.
- Record sales activities in CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the broader sales team and participate in remote training or meetings.
Requirements
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Proven ability in Sales, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in a remote environment.
- Experience in Training or coaching customers on product use and benefits.
- Understanding of Sales Management principles, such as tracking KPIs, managing a sales pipeline, and using CRM tools.
- Comfortable working remotely with good time management, self motivation, and attention to detail.
- Basic digital literacy, including use of video conferencing platforms, email, and online collaboration tools.
- Knowledge or interest in sports products or the sports industry is an advantage.
- Previous experience in sales or customer facing roles is preferred but not strictly required.
