- Must possess a reliable personal computer (minimum 8GB RAM), noise canceling headset, stable high speed internet, and power backup
- Highly resilient, self motivated, organized, and confident in handling objections

The Role
- As a Remote Sales Agent, you will be the driving force behind our sales pipeline.
- Your primary responsibility is to identify prospects, establish contact with business owners in Abu Dhabi, and pitch our web, SEO, and creative photography services to close deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Source and qualify local businesses, restaurants, and cafés in Abu Dhabi.
- Outbound Outreach: Execute cold calls, emails, and social media outreach (LinkedIn/Instagram) to decision makers.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a clean, daily updated sales tracking sheet and CRM pipeline.
- Deal Closure: Present our agency value proposition, handle objections, and convert prospects into paying clients.
Compensation & Incentive Structure
- Base Retainer: USD $100 per month.
- Fixed Commission: A generous, fixed percentage or flat fee paid out on every single deal you close.
- Tiered Performance Bonus: For every AED 10,000 in total sales revenue cleared within a calendar month, you will receive an additional USD $100 cash bonus (uncapped).

Requirements
- Location: Must be physically located and legally entitled to work in either Egypt or the Philippines.
- Language: Near native, fluent English (written and spoken) with a highly professional telephone etiquette.
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in B2B outbound sales, cold calling, or appointment setting (Digital Agency or BPO background is a massive plus).
- Tech Setup: Must possess a reliable personal computer (minimum 8GB RAM), a noise canceling headset, a stable high speed internet connection, and power backup utilities.
- Attributes: Highly resilient, self motivated, organized, and confident in handling objections.
