The Role!

Job Title: Remote Marketing & Operations Assistant ( Open to Global Candidates)

We’re looking for someone who thrives on bringing order to chaos and turning ideas into action.

As our Remote Marketing & Operations Assistant , you’ll be the right hand to our Marketing Manager - keeping projects moving, deadlines met, and communication flowing.

This isn’t a role where you’ll sit around waiting for instructions.

You’ll be trusted to own recurring tasks, spot gaps before they become problems, and jump in wherever support is needed - whether that’s coordinating a campaign, polishing a report, or responding to social media messages.

If you’re the type of person who loves checking things off a list, feels satisfaction in keeping projects on track, and enjoys being the dependable go‑to for “getting things done,” this role is for you.
