Role Description

  • The Home Health AI role is a part time, remote position focused on supporting individuals and communities with accessible, evidence informed health guidance.
  • Day to day responsibilities include responding to health related inquiries, offering education on home health practices, and promoting safe self care approaches within the boundaries of non clinical support.
  • The role involves clear documentation of interactions, adherence to organizational guidelines, and collaboration with team members to improve health communication tools and resources.
  • The Home Health AI professional will help refine content and workflows to better address common health concerns, support occupational and home safety, and enhance the overall quality of health information provided.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction and the ability to explain health concepts in accessible language.
  • Customer Service orientation, with demonstrated ability to support individuals respectfully, patiently, and professionally in remote settings.
  • Background or training in Occupational Health and Health Promotion to help address safety, prevention, and wellness in home and work environments.
  • Foundational knowledge of Medicine or related health sciences sufficient to understand evidence based information and recognize when to refer individuals to licensed clinicians.
  • Comfort with remote work technologies, documentation tools, and basic data entry or case tracking systems.
  • Attention to detail, ethical judgment, and commitment to privacy and confidentiality in handling health related information.
  • Relevant education or experience in public health, nursing, allied health, health education, or a similar field is beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently, manage part time hours reliably, and adapt to evolving organizational needs and guidelines.
