- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, maintain confidentiality, and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Prior experience in online customer support, help desk, or call center roles is beneficial but not required
- Availability to work flexible part time schedules, which may include evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed

Role Description
- This part time Remote – Live Chat Agent role is responsible for providing real time support to customers through online chat platforms.
- Day to day tasks include responding to inquiries, resolving basic technical or account issues, and guiding users through products or services in a clear and professional manner.
- The role involves documenting interactions, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team, and following established workflows and knowledge base articles.
- The Live Chat Agent will collaborate with other team members, meet response time and quality targets, and maintain a courteous, inclusive tone with every interaction.
- This is a remote position, requiring reliable internet access and the ability to work scheduled shifts independently.
